Without question the hardest part of setting up a HTPC is integrating Live TV on both Windows based and Linux based systems. I would love to see someone lay out the options and explain how to set them up. Unfortunately most of the guides that are out there do not address the needs of US cordcutters.

If I were in the US, I would definitely do this. I am looking for people in the US to do guides for Myth TV and TVheadend. Barring somebody who has the equipment and desire to produce a guide for it, my only other option is to get remote access to somebody's server so I can test these things.

That is very useful, it would be nice if they said the location of the firmware files and how to install them (this is what I had to do with the pctv stick)

I'm very interested to see if TVHeadend/HDHomerun/Kodi could intermingle on a Linux server. The git shows a path forward, well maybe.
