Banana Pro + OMV

I have seen the guide posted here:

I understand that some knowledge is needed but, as it says step by step, i was hopping to get something with more detail.

I have a few questions if possible :
Note: i asked a aswell on the post comments, maybe not the best place to.

1.- Image,

I understand that the image to be downloaded is the one found at the very end of the post, right? the one which is 250 mb, not the one found in lemaker which forwards you to simplenas which is about 7gb image.

Then, once this image is burnt, I guess that it will make partitions on the SD, are the partitions big enough to do all the next steps Or I do have to resize it before anything else?

2 Root User
I cant see in the post the root password, is it openmediavault or htcpguides?????

3 SSH
Is SSH enabled on the image by default? Or I do have to enable it firstly?
Is there any guide here to do it?

4 next steps
Do I need any extra previous step before been able to follow the guide?
