Is there a addon to sync strm files and actual downloaded media?

I am trying to merge my libraries into one following this article http://kinkeadtech.com/2015/03/how-to-me...o-library/ the problem that I am running across is I end up with two entries (one for a strm file and one for a previously downloaded media file). Is anyone aware of a tool that will essentially sync the library in MYSQL by deleting a strm file if a downloaded media file exists? I believe that this would effectively keep my Kodi's in sync with my media downloaders (SickRage, CouchPotato)
