[Not Solved]

So I ran in some issues with Sonarr and noticed the Sonarr backups are not working for me, I went to the Sonarr forum but never found a solution, now I want to run my own backup.
So my question, if I let cron run this job will it work?
So I want to stop Sonarr, sync the Nzbdrone folder with rsync and start Sonarr again.
One of the things I'm not sure about, will rsync wait till Sonarr stopped completely before running? Or how I do that?
Thanks

Code:
#!/bin/bash
# nzbdrone
service nzbdrone stop
rsync -avrc --delete-after /home/pi/.config/NzbDrone /mnt/usbstorage2tb/Backup/Server
service nzbdrone start
