Pi VPN Without Split Tunneling

I feel like an idiot for asking as I currently have a working Pi 3 Split Tunnel VPN working, but is there a guide to building a similar bullet proof Pi VPN using the instructions for Split Tunneling without actually Split Tunneling. I just want to us it as a VPN available to the rest of my local network.
