All,
I followed the guides and did setup in pi2. It was working earlier for me but now it says server is not powerful enough to do the conversion.
I tried the guide to fix this error and still nothing working.
Can you tell me how to fix.
It works fine in Roku. But if i use my browser and cast to chromecast im getting the error.

Hi Rajesh, did you follow the updated guide?
Try Chrome or FIrefox in Incognito/private mode to make sure your browser isn't using the cached version.
If neither of these work provide more details like which browser or app you are using for playback and the codecs and resolution used for the video files. Also which version of Plex you are using and which libc6 version you are using.

I followed this guide
http://www.htpcguides.com/fix-plex-serve...erry-pi-2/ and modified in both the plex.js files
in chrome cognito mode, if i play any videos it just shows the spinning icon. no error and video not playing
Edit : it loaded video but took long time but still not in chromecast

Chromecasts are definitely a problem but the web player shouldn't be.
Which version of Plex are you running? The plex.js files have updated and you need to find another search string to update now. Please find out which Plex Media Server you are running.
Also try, exiting the browser completely, reboot machine or use a completely separate browser that you never use and do a force refresh Ctrl+Shift+F5 in Chrome.
What does this command give you?
Code:
find / -name plex.js

Version 0.9.12.4 . I couldnt find the new string in the plex.js. Firefox s not even playing but chrome yes. it taking long time and chromecast not at all working.
pi@raspberrypi:~$ sudo find / -name plex.js
[sudo] password for pi:
/usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Resources/Plug-ins/WebClient.bundle/Contents/Resources/js/plex.js
/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins/WebClient.bundle/Contents/Resources/js/plex.js

Ok the current version I think is 0.9.12.18 so I would recommend following the updated guide (same URL) and start with pre-start section and get the latest libc6 and use the jessie repo. Do back up first. The wheezy repository will not be updated anymore because of a dependency issue.
Don't forget to mention the video codecs, formats, resolution etc of the video files you are trying

Yes, absolute latest is jessie with kernel 4.1.
You may need to use Mediainfo to get more information about the video, mp4 is just a container and is not the codec.
Let me know how you get on as I haven't had feedback on the updated fix server is not powerful enough guide yet beyond my own experience.

I just wrote the exact image Pi.2.Minibian.PMS.v6.htpcguides.img and went to http://192.168.40.114:32400/web/index.html fires up Plex.
Can you retrace what else you are doing?
