I've got the Split Tunnel with PIA on my Raspbery Pi 3 working perfectly.....Except. Every torrent I add from my Radarr or Couchpotato cannot connect to trackers. I know it's working correctly because it did download a movie. I saw it this morning so it I'm chalking this up to a network setttings error or some type of setting in my download clients.
my torrent clients that I'm missing.

Deluge has been doing weird things for me also, I chalked it up as bad sites. e.g. idope and Kat clones will not connect to the trackers, but I can find the exact torrent on another site same tracker etc and it will be fine. So I'm not sure what that issue is.
Have you tried a forced recheck sometimes it fixes that problem for me.

I've actually got Transmission and Deluge installed as a test. The same result occurs on both. I'm gonna sit down and dig through some logs to see if I see anything strange. My Split VPN Tunnel on Debian 8 / Pi 3. The rest of my applications are in LXC containers on an Ubuntu server. It worked perfect at one point. I've narrowed it down to the way the VPN is setup on the Pi. I'll keep you posted.

You said it works fine if you add from a magnet or torrent file from a web page correct?

Actually the opposite. The magnets are coming from Couchpotato or Radarr. I've also tried adding the actual torrent file. No dice. I'm finding that even the portforwding script isn't working as it should. That's probably because PIA can't get their API working correctly. I'm going to change to a different VPN server to see if it makes a difference before I go log digging.

There is a fix for the api just waiting on the release from drake/Mike. We have it tested and so far it works great, but the code is very dirty right now lol

I'm from phone now, but few hints.
Don't use port forwarding now, at least not the old API, as it can brake things. The new API seams to work fine, but we didn't want to release the updated guide until we see that the new API is working fine, as that would further complocate things. We will probably release the updated guide next week for neq API, then you should try that.
Deluge is not the problem, trust me. I use it all the time, no problems at all (at least no heavy bugs). You have way more control over settings compared to transmission.
Using public trackers can be tricky. They use dht and not a centralized tracker, never going to work as nice as private, dedicated trackers.
You might try to enable DHT in Deluge and see if helps, but note, you are probably risking some level of protection. Not sure about this, it might be safe to use it, might be not. Nobody confirmed for sure. When it comes to security, then we wait for reliable proof that it is safe, before we say it is safe. I hope you understand.

I will attest to the new api working swell with our fix. Since we figured it out, the only [known] down time was when I forgot to pay PIA xD

Excellent, and many thanks. I see the same result. It is time to release the updated guide. Will be done during the next week. You have everything working with public trackers too?
Nice work Lt Hawk, very much appreciated!

Everything is fine for me except the aforementioned issues, which I don't believe are deluge/PIA related. They all worked in the past with and w/o deluge and your guides and the new api. They seem to have just went to shit recently. To add to it, using yify (yts.ag), uses some of the same trackers I can't dl from if pulled from idope or Kat clones. Even some of the tpbclean files are broken. Lately I've only had luck with my private subs and yts.ag and some other random publics. But recently I've mostly been using usenet anyway. Been only using torrents (manually) to fill the gaps.

I think I was unclear, the like trackers between idope etc and yify (leeches paradise copper surfer etc) all work fine from yify just not idope etc. I think their storage servers may be compromised or something. That may even be OP's issue if that is where the files are being grabbed from. I am unsure how radarr/sonarr handle torrent grabbing.
