Here's a rough guide for you to test on debian, it will work on ubuntu but you will have to adjust the repo stuff to match, let me know if it works for you, it
may need some tweaking
Install ffmpeg stuff
Add backports repo if you are on jessie, if you are on wheezy just install ffmpeg in the next step
Jessie-backports in /etc/apt/sources.list, if on raspbian use the same lines that are already in there but still use the jessie-backports
Code:
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ jessie-backports main contrib non-free
Save and update repos
Code:
apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ffmpeg -y
Install pip and git
Code:
apt-get install python-pip git -y
pip install requests subliminal babelfish deluge-client qtfaststart
Install automator
Code:
cd ~
git clone https://github.com/mdhiggins/sickbeard_mp4_automator/
Copy default process file
Code:
cd sickbeard_mp4_automator
cp autoProcess.ini.sample autoProcess.ini
Get API key for SickRage
Code:
grep "api_key" /opt/sickrage/config.ini
api_key = 84e83c4d6b89846066f9999a5a8dc3d7
Edit autoProcess
Code:
nano autoProcess.ini
Adjust these values
Code:
[SickBeard]
host = localhost
port = 8081
username =
password =
web_root =
ssl = 0
api_key = 84e83c4d6b89846066f9999a5a8dc3d7
[MP4]
ffmpeg = /usr/bin/ffmpeg
ffprobe = /usr/bin/ffprobe
download-subs = False
Save
In SickRage -> Post Processing -> Post Processing -> Extra Scripts
Add /usr/bin/python /home/user/sickbeard_mp4_automator/postConversion.py
