I didn't have this issue on my raspbian. So I'm having hard time to get that. But I will point the daemon to the location. Works good enough now.

Looks like that's a Sonarr problem (it's trying to use an object from the NZBGet class or something but it doesn't exist, I would think it should check if the object exists before trying to use it). Downloads still work though?
Did you get to test mono 4?

Downloads work. I just hate error logs.
No, haven't tried mono 4.
Which minibian version do you recommend from your site? Can I update it later without installing all over again when It's not beta?

You can just sudo rm /usr/bin/mono but I have a feeling libmono needs it for some reason (it's necessary for using https to access sonarr's web UI)
