Edit Reason: forgot to say Hi!

Hi everyone,
I need your opinion.
I'm presently using Kodi with OSMC on Raspberry PI2 and a WD My Cloud EX2 NAS.
I find that Kodi is ok for managing my movie collection but sucks for managing music playlist and pictures (no option for scanning picture library before usage).
That's why I was thinking about Plex Media Server.
Could anyone tell me if Plex performs well/better in those areas?
Also I was wondering what would be the best setup if I was to switch for Plex:
1- Install Plex Media Server directly on the NAS and install RasPlex client on the PI
2- Install Plex Media Server on the PI
3- Just Add the PleXBMC pluggin to my Kodi installation on the PI for "better visual experience"?
Thanks in advance.
