Hello,
So, I have looked at the other threads that which had similar issues as mine but did not still solve my issue.
My current issues is that couchpotato will not run on reboot, the etc/init.d file returns an access denied when running from the system user (not root) without sudo permissions.
I am running on the latest OSMC for Raspberry Pi 2
I have done the following:
Ran chmod 775 on the folders: /opt/couchpotato, /usr/lib/python2.7
The couchpotato folders are set to osmc:osmc for the owner/group
Running CouchPotato.py does seem to work but that is not reliable as it would require a screen to be launched every time I have to reboot my Pi.
Please let me know if there is anymore info required.
Thanks,
Advtech
managed to fix it I believe.
Steps I took to resolve the error:
changed the files to 755
and changed where CP was looking for it's database files. Guessing something was bonked in there.
Thanks,
Advtech
