[Solved]

I made a "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y" and everything went fine. I rebooted but now I can not reach the server. SSH works and when I run service status it all looks fine. PMS is up and active but when I try to access it through browser (both Plex.tv or local ip adress) or client (pc or mobile) it is not reachable.
Any ideas?

When you say not reachable you mean the Plex page loads but you get this error? Or do you see connection timed out or connection refused?
If you run netstat -alntp do you see port 32400 open?

Running netstat I don't see the port 32400. Hmmm. The service is active when I use "service plexmediaserver status" but nothing seems to be listen on port 32400.

This is wierd. Just checked the log-files and all Plex Media Server log-files are totally empty 0kb. 1-5 all empty.

Ok that started it but I had to reconfigure the entire server from scratch. And now it doesn't work again.
What I have found is that it seems that I have no disc-space left. 100% in use. I guess this could have been the problem from the beginning when I made the update. Now the installation seems to be totally borked so I think I will reinstall everything and start from scratch. Super thanks for your support.
