Made some minor changes to openvpn.conf to make it work with slickvpn:
comment out: #comp-lzo
cipher aes-256-cbc
comment out: #clr-verify
installed openvpn through apt-get per guide.
Everything seems fine including:

installed deluge through dietpi-software
ngix and reverse proxy working fine. I go and add a torrent to test (ubuntu) and all I get is connection timed out.
confirmed I could connect to slickvpn on a mac using their client, installed deluge on the mac, and was able to download the same torrent.
Not sure what to check. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

- sudo -u vpn -i -- curl ipinfo.io
