Hello!
I followed the guide split vpn tunnel. (https://www.htpcguides.com/force-torrent...ntu-16-04/)
However I choose another VPN then PIA.
I had completed all steps in part 1 and was on verifying. Then I saw that the ip was same for the "normal" user and the vpn user. I did some trouble shooting and found out openvpn had some problems. It was missing a "key-file" provided by my VPN host. I added the file to the folder and got disconnected on my ssh. Plugged in a monitor and keyboard to the server and when I tried running sudo command I got the following:

Got it working! (almost)
I tried to clear the config (/etc/opvenvpn/eopnvon.conf) and then put back the default config given by my VPN-provider.
The following recommended commands in the guide works:

If I apply the route-noexec command, the vpn do not work at all. I still got internet connection but both regular user and vpn user got the same ip (not vpn ip).
If I apply the up/down scripts I don't have any internet connection...
