Anyone know of a guide for installing Watcher3 on armbian/debian? There doesn't seem to be much talk about it on this forum sans the Watcher and Cardigan thread and the comments section in the Install Watcher on Ubuntu page.
I have tried to piecemeal together the original watcher guide (link above) with the install directions on the Watcher3 github page. Everthing goes fine until the last step where you run watcher.py; my error is:
Currently my running version of python is 2.7.9. Now I'm a noob when it comes to all of this but it seems this 2.7.9 version was/is needed to run other programs (can't remember which ones off the top of my head, but one or more of the following: sonarr, radarr, sabnzbd, couchpotato). So while I could figure out how to run a newer version (3) of python, I'm worried that it would "break" those aformentioned programs. Am I wrong? Would those programs run fine with the updated python? Or do I need to somehow run multiple instance of python in order for all these programs to run on my server?
Thank you for any help. If it helps, my server is a bananapro running armbian 5.31 (debian jessie).
