So after I used sudo rmv /opt/headphones, it removed the files because I was getting the _OPT error.
Now there's no config.ini files whenever I try to reinstall or re-clone.
Any way to generate a new one?

When you run headphones for the first time it should generate a config.ini file. If it doesn't then just delete the entire folder and when you git clone and run headphones the config.ini should generate (it is not there on fresh pulls see repo).

Hello Mike.
I've attempted that, removing the /opt/headphones folder and doing a sudo git clone into that folder. Still nothing.

If you look in the repository you will see config.ini isn't there, you must run python /opt/headphones/Headphones.py or use the headphones service and it will create the config.ini on first run.

Yeah you're right it's not in the repository. I've been trying to run the software to generate it, and it's not working. python /opt/headphones/Headphones.py doesn't do anything even using the -d argument, and the headphones service previously gave a "Can't find _OPTS file" error but now doesn't. However, no config.ini is generated in /opt/headphones.

if you only removed the contents of the headphones folder then the git would still be there
Code:
cd /opt/headphones
rm *
Is different from recursively deleting the entire folder
Code:
rm -r /opt/headphones

I was pretty sure I was erasing the entire folder too. I did a sudo rmv /opt/headphones
At least that's what I'm pretty sure I did. And the folder disappeared too.

So I attempted removing the folder with the command Mike Provided and then recloned.
I then did a sudo python Headphones.py and got the following output.
08-Mar-2016 23:35:48 - INFO :: MainThread : Checking to see if the database has all tables....
08-Mar-2016 23:35:49 - INFO :: MainThread : Retrieving latest version information from GitHub

08-Mar-2016 23:35:50 - INFO :: MainThread : Starting Headphones web server on http://localhost:8181/
Failed to start on port: 8181. Is something else running?
I've tried to stop the service, but I still keep getting the same information. So then I created a new config.ini based on the sample config tragidy gave, and still the same thing after running sudo python Headphones.py
Except instead of localhost, it gave 0.0.0.0:8181
Same error message.
