Hello, I have installing the IMG for raspbey pi 2, but when I do Test trasmission with couchpotato , it gives me an error.
Code:
[.downloaders.transmission] Unable to connect to Transmission <urlopen error timed out>
In couchpotato I tested changed Host:http://localhost:9091 by http//ipraspberry:9091, and trasmission web found and download a torrent i tried. In configuration of trasmission rpc-whitelist-enabled: false.
Where you can be the error?
Thank you and sorry by my bad english.

Make sure you can access the Transmission interface on ipraspberry:9091 first.
In CouchPotato you can specify the username and password for Transmissionand test the connection.
If you are using the Jessie image then there is something extra you need to do for Transmission that I haven't automated yet but can be found in the Ubuntu 15.x guide.
After modifying transmission settings you need to restart the service.

OK then you are not on jessie if you are using that older image.
You should leave transmission in CouchPotato as http://localhost:9091

That's the one used at first and did not work. Do you recommend me the img I use or another version?

That image should work without any issue. Please provide a screenshot of the CouchPotato settings for Transmission.
Also the contents of your /etc/transmission-daemon/settings.json file please
and output of netstat -antp

I would edit your post to remove the username and password, your password is not hashed and could be an issue (try changing persmissions of /etc/transmission/settings.json to chown transmission or debian-transmission.
When you click Test transmission in CouchPotato does it say connection successful?

Before
Code:
i@raspberrypi:~$ sudo ls -l /etc/transmission-daemon/total 7
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 303 Dec 10 2014 README.json
-rwxrwxr-x 1 root debian-transmission 2311 Nov 9 18:42 settings.json
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root debian-transmission 2311 Nov 9 17:54 stgs.json
After of sudo sudo chown debian-transmission /etc/transmission-daemon/settings.json (user transmission not exist)
Code:
pi@raspberrypi:~$ sudo ls -l /etc/transmission-daemon/total 7
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 303 Dec 10 2014 README.json
-rwxrwxr-x 1 debian-transmission debian-transmission 2311 Nov 9 18:42 settings.json
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root debian-transmission 2311 Nov 9 17:54 stgs.json
Same error
Code:
[.downloaders.transmission] Unable to connect to Transmission <urlopen error timed out>
P.d stgs.json is a backup of settings.json

I just checked my settings, did you adjust the RPC url?
Mine is just transmission and not /transmission/
I'm running out of ideas, everything you have looks identical to my working settings.
I'm tempted to say try rebooting the device
