Did you unlink the default site? restart php5-fpm and nginx? Change permission to www-data for the owncloud folder?
What is the URL you are trying to load exactly?

You mean this command ?
Code:
sudo unlink /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/default
Nope!
I've restarted only nginx and changed permission to www-data for the owncloud folder.
I'm trying to open the localhost, where i've created a index.html and before that i had installed owncloud worked fine.

I need to open the root folder of nginx /var/www/html where i've added some file.
I've created a file info.php in the main folder of nginx, sto if i try to open url: iprasp/info.php -> file not found.

You need to create a separate virtual host or add the location /custom and point to the root /var/www/html;
Please confirm owncloud actually works.

Yes I'm trying to create a new virtual host.
I confirm that owncloud works!

If the virtual host occupies the same port I do not believe it will work, instead you should use a reverse proxy.
I would try editing the owncloud virtualhost and adding this you will have to add the php include parameters as well if it is php you want to serve
Code:
location /test {
root /var/www/html;
}
