I would try editing the owncloud virtualhost and adding this you will have to add the php include parameters as well if it is php you want to serve
Code:
location /test {
root /var/www/html;
}
Ok now works fine, but i can't auto load the index.php

Add this under root /var/www/html
Code:
try_files $uri $uri/ index.php;

This is my conf file:
Code:
server {
listen 80;
# listen [::]:80;
server_name localhost/myfolder;
root /var/www/;
index index.php index.html index.htm;
location /myfolder/ {
try_files $uri $uri/ index.php;
}
location ~ \.php$ {
fastcgi_split_path_info ^(.+\.php)(/.+)$;
include fastcgi_params;
fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME $document_root$fastcgi_script_name;
fastcgi_param PATH_INFO $fastcgi_path_info;
fastcgi_param HTTPS off;
fastcgi_pass unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock;
}
# deny access to .htaccess files, if Apache's document root
# concurs with nginx's one
#
#location ~ /\.ht {
# deny all;
#}
}

OK I need to know in more depth what you are trying to accomplish here. I assume it is running owncloud and some other php application on the same device. Please show and provide the files for the other php application or link to what it is so you can get more targeted help. Need to know the directory structure on the local drive too.
Your current nginx vhost looks quite hacked together now and it needs to be cleaned up.
Explain what you are trying to do and the expected result vs the actual result.
I can tell you that if you do not have a myfolder folder in /var/www then it won't work

That is due to the return line in the nginx virtual host
Code:
server {
listen 80;
server_name htpcguides.crabdance.com 192.168.40.135;
return 301 https://$server_name$request_uri; # enforce https

Ok but, if i want use only for owncloud ?
I've checked in other vhosts and the line return 301... there isn't.

If you don't want to use http at all then just remove those lines I pasted above. You will then have to put https:// in there
ownCloud can have your sensitive personal data so it is generally a good idea to encrypt it
